The information we require, is necessary to e-mail you the information you request, (It is sometimes necessary that we email information to you) or to follow up via telephone or email to make sure you received what you purchased and to provide you with further information about product features, upgrades, specials, and support.  We may ask additional questions to ensure that our website and content we provide is in line with your needs. Each online form will clearly specify which information is required and which is optional by way of asterisks (*).  If you choose not to register and provide personal information, you can still use the GMS website.

Except with your consent as set out above, GMS will never share any information you provide (name, telephone number, postal address, email address, etc.) with any other company or organization, except if it is required to do so by law. The information you provide will be kept confidential and will be used only to support your continued customer relationship with GMS, including disclosure of your personal information, such as your delivery address details to third party suppliers of GMS, to ensure delivery of products bought to you.
    

3. GMS does not collect, store and/or retain any credit card and/or payment details.
    

4. GMS may however compile, use and share any information that does not related to any specific individual and owns all rights to information of a statistical nature compiled by GMS.
